I found this entertaining and useful. I wanted to share it with you so enjoy!
Three lessons to live by:
Lesson number one: A crow is sitting on a tree, doing noting all day. A small rabbit sees the crow and asks him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?".The crow answers, "Sure, why not". So the rabbit sits on the ground below the crow and rests. All of a sudden, a fox appears, jumps on the rabbit and eats it.
The moral of the story is: To be sitting doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.
Lesson number two: A turkey is chatting with a bull. "I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree". Sighs the turkey, "but I havent got the energy". "Well why dont you nibble some of my droppings" replies the bull. "They're packed with nutrients." The turkey pecks at a lump of dung and find that it actually gives him enough strength to reach the first branch of the tree. The next day after eating some more dung, he reaches the second branch. Finally after a fortnight, there he is proudly perched at the top of the tree. He is promptly spotted by a farmer, who shoots the turkey out of the tree.
The moral of the story is: Bullsh*t might get you to the top, but it wont keep you there.
Lesson number three: A little bird is flying south for the winter. It is so cold, the little bird freezes and falls to the ground in a large field. While it is lying there, a cow comes by and drops some dung on it. As the frozen bird lies there in a pile of cow dung, i begins to realise how warm it is. The dung is actually thawing him out! He lie there all warm and happy, and soon begins to sing for joy. A passing cat hears the bird singing and comes to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovers the bird under a pile of cow dung, and promptly digs him out and eats him.
The morals of this story are:
1. Not everyone who drops sh*t on you is your enemy
2. Not everyone who gets you out of sh*t is your friend
3. And when you're in deep sh*t, keep your mouth shut!
Hehe hope you enjoyed it as much as i have sharing it with you!
